Need some advice about tags dedicated to translation

Hello,

I wonder which docbook tags and consequently which docbook-xsl  
customization I should use to render:

1 - Original title versus Translated title
2 - Translator's work versus Original Authors'
3 - Translator's copyrights versus Original Author's copyrights
4 - Translator's date of publication versus Original date of publication
5 - Translator's notes (or footnotes) versus Original footnotes

in the context of translating a book written in docbook 4.4 and  
docbook-xsl 1.69.1, produced in html and pdf (with fop 0.25).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
