chunking titlepage in html output

Hi,

I try to chunk the title page of the html chunk output. I found a 
posting of Eric Baudais from 30 Nov 2001. He seems to have a similar 
problem. He wrote:
 > I am able to make the titlepage separately with some editting of
 > titlepage.xsl (soon to be migrated to template/titlepage.xsl).

Is this option included in docbook-xsl-1.69.1 and how has my 
titlepage.xml look like to make it work?
