RE: [docbook-apps] indent depth of <blockquote> and<literallayout>

Many thanks Alan, I've tried your suggestion, but unfortunately that 
does not remove the indents on <blockquote> - which is the main 
reason I want to go left justified throughout.  I have tried the 
combination:
<xsl:param name="body.start.indent" select ="'0pt'" />
<xsl:param name="alignment" select="'left'"/>
but <blockquote>s are still way out there.
