Hello All, I'm trying to use MathML in
Docbook v4.4 and I can't get it to validate. Here is a sample XML file
that came with MathML and it won't validate.

"dbmathml.dtd">
<book>
<title>Book Title</title>
<chapter><title>Chapter Title</title>
<para>Content.</para>

<mml:math><mml:apply><mml:divide/></mml:apply></mml:math>
</informalequation>
</chapter>
</book>
It complains about isonum.ent having a bad
entity reference for amp.
Any suggestions as to what I'm doing
wrong?
