Docbook XSL to HTMLHelp Question: Article title does not appear in the left side tab list contents window

When transforming docbook to htmlhelp, I have been unable to
get article titles to appear in the left-hand side contents tab window of the
Windows help file.  I have tried to modify most of what I believe are
related parameters (generate.toc, generate.section.toc.level, toc.section.depth,
toc.max.depth), but this does not seem to work.  Is it possible to have article
titles appear in this window?
