Any <mediaobjectco/> support in stylesheets, etc.

I see in the DocBook doc that there are elements for creating  
callouts on graphics. Is there any support for these <mediaobject/>,  
<imageobjectco/>, etc., in the stylesheets and/or rendering engines?
