TOC indentation in PDF output

Hello,

In the PDF output generated by the latest DocBook XSL release the Table 
of contents entries are not indented correctly. Only the chapter titles 
are indented, all the other entries are aligned to the left. I tried 
with the toc.indent.width param but it did not work. Am I missing 
something or it is a bug in the FO stylesheets ? I am using Apache FOP 
0.20.5.
