switch header.rule off chapter titlepage

Hi,

I have header.rule set to 1. As desired this give me a solid line in the 
header of each page, but it also applies to the chapter titlepages, which is 
undesired.

How can the header.rule be 0 for chapter title pages while all other page 
classes have header.rule 1?
