fop 0.20.5 breaks title away from image

Hello,

I’m using docbook 4.4 and fop 0.20.5.

When I create a pdf, it can happen that the title of a figure is not
bound to the image.

I mean, title on page 3, image on pafe 4.

This does not happen with fop 0.92beta, but 0.92beta does not shrink
images so they fit. L

Is this a bug and should it be fixed?

Can I do anything myself?
