docbook to wordml stylesheets not matching templates

Hello,

 

Experimenting with the v1.70.1 wordml stylesheets, I’m
getting a puzzling result.  Blockerrors are returned stating:

 

preface encountered in book, but no template matches.

chapter encountered in book, but no template matches.

chapter encountered in book, but no template matches.

chapter encountered in book, but no template matches.

appendix encountered in book, but no template matches.

appendix encountered in book, but no template matches.

 

Not sure what is going on.  Using msxml as the
transformation engine.
