Precision : DocBook 5.0b6 + custom schema ... xsltproc

Hello,

I want to use (with docbook 5.0b6) :
- a custom relaxng schema (like example in the howto.xml: doc about upgrading 
docbook ...) SVG + MATHLM
- fop 0.92 trunk ... 
- xsltproc 
Using libxml 20626-CVS2819, libxslt 10117-CVS1065 and libexslt 813-CVS1065
xsltproc was compiled against libxml 20626, libxslt 10117 and libexslt 813
libxslt 10117 was compiled against libxml 20626
libexslt 813 was compiled against libxml 20626

I a have modified the schema, but i dont know how include this new schema into 
my config ... It's in the docbook XML prologue ? In my style file (xsl) ?
