Updating Bulgarian translation of docbook gentext

Hi,
I am Alexander Shopov - the last translator of gentext to Bulgarian.
I have updated the Bulgarian translation with the help of the previous 
translator Radostin Radnev and Anton Zinoviev - another of the Bulgarian 
free software translators.
I am attaching the new version as a bzipped file. Could someone commit 
it to the docbook Subversion repository?
The file corresponds to:
