Own Fo:Table in Docbook5

hello 

i have a few questions!
i added my own xsl (with fo objects) to docbook but:
- i can't use the fo-table-and-caption tag then i get no table out but with the table tag it works fine! 
- how can i indent a table in a fo:block? i thought when i indent the block the table would also automatically indent because its the content of the block? the table starts always on the left margin?
