Wrong Indent in TOC only in pdf output?

Hello
The indent in the fo/docbook.xsl is wrong - its just the other way round than it should be the output in the html is right how can i change it?
i get something like this
     foo1
foo11
foo12
foo13
     foo2 

but should be

foo1
    foo11
    foo12
    foo13
foo2
