has anyone been able to get the docbook + mathml + svg schema customization layer working in oXygen since mml rng 2006-9-8?

oXygen complains:
E conflicting ID-types for attribute "linkend" of element "msginfo"
from namespace "http://docbook.org/ns/docbook".

and oXygen won't validate with the custom schema.

Since the release of docbook 5.0b8, I have gone back to using the
boilerplate schema customization code in the DocBook 5 HowTo - and I
am still getting this error.
