olinks in a new page

I'm placing my books 
into a frameset with the TOC on the left hand side. It works great, but when I 
hit an olink to another book in the library it opens the HTML up in the content 
frame....

How can I customize 
the olink processing to make references to other books open in a new browser 
window/tab?
