You would have to customize the template with 
  match="olink" in html/xref.xsl.  You would need to add a target attribute 
  to the <a> element generated for the olink.  You would have to 
  compare the current olink's targetdoc with the $current.docid to see if it was

I'm placing my 
    books into a frameset with the TOC on the left hand side. It works great, 
    but when I hit an olink to another book in the library it opens the HTML up 
    in the content frame....

    
How can I 
    customize the olink processing to make references to other books open in a
