Turning off Chapter TOC's individually

Hello,

I have not yet 
figured out if there is a way to turn off chapter TOC's individually. I can use 
the "generate.toc" parameter to turn them all on or off, but if I wanted to turn 
off a specific chapter - like one with only one section in it - how would I 
do that?
