[SPAM] Change Part Title Styles

Changing part title styles isn't mentioned on 
http://sagehill.net/docbookxsl/TitleFontSizes.htm; can anyone point me in 
direction of any other info out there - for example, is there a suitable 
attribute set which can be configured?
