How to add page numbers to Olink DataBases from FOP, for inter-PDFreferences

I'm using Docbook 4.4 /1.70.0 and producing a set of PDFs using FOP, and 
using Olink to do the cross referencing between the PDFs.

Stayton's book says (in the section on Olinking in Printed Documents - 
Page References in olinks) that there is currently no standard way of 
populating the "page" attribute in the olink data. 

Has anyone has figured out how to do this using FOP, and if so could 
they please post this info?
