chunking part 2

Solved my first issue...customization layer wasn't calling docbook.xsl.

Now, when I try to run "mychunk.xsl" w/ xsltproc to create an appendix 
using   <xsl:param name="chunk.section.depth" select="2"/> as a 
customization, I'm only getting the index.html written, and not the 
sect2 level headings.

Any clues?
