RE: [docbook-apps] Best online reference for XSL-FO?

You probably want a book or training for longer 
explanations, but for quick lookups of elements/attrs with examples and links to 
the spec, I use: http://www.zvon.org/xxl/xslfoReference/Output/index.html In particular, the Firefox sidebar version: 
http://www.zvon.org/Output/bar_list.html (the xslt one is 
handy too).

 

This site aggregates some handy references in a similar 
format, but no xsl-fo:

This should be trivial, but I'm having a hard time finding a good, 
  complete XSL-FO reference.  I normally turn to W3 Schools for stuff like 
  this, but their XSL-FO reference 
  seems sparse... the examples are shallow and some of the attributes are 
  not described.

Which online resources do you use?  I'm not adverse 
  to buying a book, either, but an online resource is just more convenient.
