Re: [docbook-apps] end-indent for toc not working?

Actually, in 1.72.0 there is a new attribute set toc.line.properties, but 
the end-indents were not in there.  I've moved them from the toc.line 
template to the attribute-set, so this should be easier in 1.72.1.  Try the 
next snapshot.
