table heading seperated from table body

Hello,

 

I have the problem that table heading may be separated
from the table body.

 

With heading I mean the first row containing the
heading (is table heading the correct term?)

 

The heading on the end of one page and the table on
the next page.

 

Is there a way to prevent that?
