Thanks. I've added a tip icon following the style of the other 3 at:
www.neodoc.biz/admonitions/tip.svg
even if I think the light-bulb SVG tip icon is fine as it is ;-)
I still have to think about a 'note.svg' icon in the same style of
these batch...
