Hi Sandra,

I have had the same problem. 

 

In my example, it worked, when I inserted the attribute 
type="_blank"  to the "ulink" element.

<ulink type="_blank" url="HICPPCMhttp://www.codingstandard.com/HICPPCM/index.html">HICPPCM</ulink>
