Hi Martin,

I think you must have a customization in order for 
the type attribute to work like that, as the stock stylesheets don't do 
that.

 

Generally, the stylesheet parameter named 
'ulink.target' defines the output window name for ulinks, and its default value 
is '_top'.

In my example, it worked, when I inserted the attribute 
  type="_blank"  to the "ulink" element.
