Only a guess. Have you tried a path without spaces?

For me it seems to be a path problem. Therefore check your Oxygen
preferences. Sorry but I've never used Oxygen.

I would try to do a transformation on commandline (or with ANT), to
test if the Oxygen preferences are correct or not.
