Hitting the Memory Limit?!

Hi,

I still use fop 0.20. Recently, I add more pictures
to a document. But, I get this following error message:
  ''Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError:
   Java heap space''

Unfortunately, even java option -Xms512M -Xmx1024M
did not help. The only way is to drop the pictures :(.
Is there any other way?
