ANNOUNCE: DocBook XSL Stylesheets 1.73.2 released

Version 1.73.2 of the DocBook XSL Stylesheets, for processing
non-namespaced (DocBook 4 or earlier) documents, is now available:

Release Notes: 1.73.2

This is solely a minor bug-fix update to the 1.73.1 release. It fixes a
packaging error in the 1.73.1 package, as well as a bug in footnote handling
in FO output.
