Graphical Header question

One more question today…

 

Trying to add a graphical header using the directions in Bob
Stayton’s XSL Complete book chapter 12.

 

Example 12.11 shows an example of a customized
header.content template. Do I add this to my customization layer? When I do,
the Oxygen validator kicks back an error:

 

<F [Saxon6.5.5] The prefix "fo" for element
"fo:retrieve-marker" is not bound.>

 

Any clues?
