Thanks a bunch! I was having a hard time searching the
archives because the word "index" kept giving me all sorts of extraneous junk.

doesn't look too good for the 0.20.5 version of FOP. Perhaps the 0.93 version is
better? I've switched from FOP to XEP and XEP definitely supports
this.
