Chapter titlepage and orientation

Hello all,

Where might I start to set a chapter page style for fo. I would like the
chapter page to resemble the titlepage but with content.

Also, what is the easiest process to set page orientation for headers?
Where do I customize this? I would like a table int he header with
alternating positions for title and page number. Or is possible via a
parameter?

The stylesheets are so complex. I don't know where to start.
