It occurred to me that it is going to be hard to automatize anyway, as  
you usually put all overrides into a single driver file, whereas the  
original templates may be taken from several files, and even from  
several directories. Nevermind, it's about time to learn the tree-way  
diff tool in Emacs anyway.
