Sorry for the slow response on this one. The "*.propagates.role" mechanism
was not suitable for scaling to all elements. Instead, a template mode now
generates the class value for each element. You can control the class
attributes using a simple template customization starting with version
1.73.2 of the stylesheets. See this doc for details:

For example:
