How to set filename if chunk.tocs.and.lots=1?

I've set chunk.tocs.and.lots to 1. When I process my XML files now the toc  
is put into a file called bk01-toc.html. Can I set the filename somewhere  
(either with dbhtml filename processing instruction or in a customized  
template)?
