RE: [docbook-apps] Wiki to DocBook

MoinMoin has a "Render as DocBook" feature. Use a recent 
(> 1.7.x) version of MoinMoin. In older versions it produced invalid 
DocBook.

 

For Confluence, I know of (but have never used) a 
commercial product/plugin that is supposed to export to DocBook: http://www.scrollyourwiki.com/index.php?page=product

 

I'm always happy to see more wiki2docbook tools. For tech 
pubs groups wikis are a good way to get developers to provide a first cut at 
content. Wiki2docbook scripts give you a rough conversion to a useful format. 
The tech writer can add finer semantics while working with the content.

I apologize if this is not the right mailing list 
  for this topic.

I have my Wiki to DocBook project at:

It 
  is a POC tool that converts input files of certain wiki formats to Sun 
  Microsystems' SolBook XML and DocBook V5 XML.

I would like to know if 
  any of you have worked on a similar too to convert a much flattened format 
  like wiki to a rich structured format.
