[docbook-apps] TextFactory import failing under Saxon 9.1

I'm not sure if I should be posting this to the Saxon list as well.

Let me know what you think.

docbook-xsl-1.74.3/fo/graphics.xsl

xmlns:stext="http://nwalsh.com/xslt/ext/com.nwalsh.saxon.TextFactory"

Results in:
java.lang.ClassCastException: com.nwalsh.saxon.TextFactory

Using:
docbook-xsl-1.74.3/fo
Saxon 9.1
Same results under Saxon 8.8
