Suggested fix

I couldn't find a way to attach a file to an issue on the tracker so I
pasted a fix into the comment section.

The patch is for issue 1640440. The issue is about incorrect generation
of <classsynopsis> for Java interfaces. I only pasted in the fix for
HTML, but the FO fix follows the same pattern.
