I am happy to announce that a new version of oXygen XML Editor is 
available from our website

In the new release there are a number of new additions to the visual 
editing (Author mode) support that have a direct impact on DocBook 
editing, including:
  * content change tracking support
  * image scaling
  * table width and resizing support
  * compact representation in "tags on" view
  * support for entering olink links by browsing the target set file
  * added also the DocBook 4.5 DTDs in the DocBook 4 framework
