[docbook-apps] Wrapping text around an image

I have an image at the beginning of a paragraph around which I want to wrap
text. The image is not a figure (it's a photograph). The image "sticks up"
from the text instead of being placed inline with it. In otherwords, I want
the first line of the text to align with the top of the image. Any
suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
