[ANN] 2nd Edition of DocBook-XML available now

Hi,

after 1½ years the 2nd edition of my new book "DocBook-XML" is available now. 
It covers DocBook 5, modular documents, profiling, something about ebooks/EPUB 
and a lot more topics.
