encoding=UTF-8 is not working for HTML on hudson server

Hey guys!

All my XML-files have the encoding UTF-8. But while rendering from XMl 
to HTML on the Hudson server the encoding changes to ISO8859-15 in the 
HTMl output. Did anybody experienced somthing like this?
