Hi Lwam,
It seems your PDF was generated with FOP 1.0. Are you setting the fop1.extensions
parameter to 1 in your customization? (and not the fop.extensions parameter, which
should remain zero)
Also, the title.margin.left param is to be avoided unless you are using fop version
0.25, which you are not. So remove that entry from your customization. See its
reference page:
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/doc/fo/title.margin.left.html
In the future, when you report that something does not work, please provide details
about where you think is wrong, and details about how you are applying the stylesheet.

I want to indent the chapters and section but not the cover,toc and
bibliography but it does not work!
I use these params:

in the attachement theres an example (pdf) of my output.
