I don't suppose you have access to a .fo file from *before* the transition?  If so, 
then check out the 'color' attribute value for those items in the before version and 
compare the value to the after version.  That might give you a clue.

Hi everybody!
Today our server, on which i am working and rendering docbook to pdf,
was rebooted. After rendering xml to pdf with fop, the colours
changed!red became brown blue became purple (see attachment)!
I did not changed anything in the stylesheets!I cant imagine how it
happend!
Did somebody experienced something like this?
