[docbook-apps] dbfo-need height and FOP - does it actually work?

Hi!

I can't get the <?dbfo-need height="1in"?> to work. Not if I change to the
metric system either. I found that this issue has been raised earlier:

I am using DocBook XSL 1.75.2 and FOP 1.0.

Any news about this issue?
