Should have waited to observe what else might happen.
It appears that the way I entered as in the previous e-mail is the expected manner in which to code secondary enteries in a static index. Repeating the primary entry generates the following:
Algoma
Appeal for Diocese of
Algoma
Contributions to Diocese of
Algoma
Report of Committee on duty of Synod
This is easily corrected, by using the method discovered in the first e-mail I sent.
