Capital latin "Q" with dot above

Hi,

as it seems there isn't an entity for a capital latin "Q" with a dot
above like &Qdot;.

I'm wondering how to realise generic diacritical marks with DocBook
(besides using an inline image...).

Using "Q̇" or "̇Q" result in "Q˙" or "˙Q".

Any help would be appreciated.
