Postpone or cancel next week's meeting?

Folks,

I'm out of the office next week on business travel, so will not be able 
to run the scheduled SC meeting. 3 options:
1. Appoint a new Secretary to continue the discussion of legal citations 
in my absence
2. Postpone the meeting a week
3. Cancel the meeting this month.
