Tonight's Conference Call

I'm afraid I'm going to miss tonight's conference call - a small family crisis has come up.

Quick status - I'm not quite ready to upload a draft (tomorrow I will be).  I'll send it to the list as I don't think I can commit to source forge.  

I've put in two RFEs. Only one of these needs any meaningful action - the other is more a placeholder for a DocBook 6 version of Publishers.

My apologies - family needs to come first today
